Bill has been President of Massachusetts HPA for 7 or 8 years. He has been a very active and able president having kept the State Association in good shape. Besides being President of Massachusetts he has also been President of the Central Mass. Horseshoe Club for about the same time. He was the major force behind the C.M.H.C. indoor courts at Milbury for a year and a half. He has also been a leader in the CMHC outdoor courts at the Shresbury Sportsmen's Club grounds with 12 fine courts with lights. This has been a four-year project but is finally close to being completed. He will still be active at the courts although he has stepped down as President of CMHC. Hope this is a fitting reward for Bill. A friend.
